Packages & pricing

Priced by headcount, not by guesswork.

Tell us how many people and where, and you get a fixed number back. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. We are not VAT registered, so there is nothing to add.

Package Price Who it is for
One person, at the studio £275 45 minutes, one look, 2 retouched, gallery in 5 days
One person, at your office £400 The same session at your office
Small team from £600 Up to 5 people
Half day from £850 Around 6 to 15 people
Full day from £1,400 15 to 30 people, company-wide headshot days
Large teams Bespoke 30+ people, several departments or locations

The studio session is the same shoot as our Essential headshot. Same time, same deliverable, same price. The difference is only where it happens.

On location, £400. The same session at your office. The difference covers travel, setup and teardown.

London zones 1 to 3 included. Anything further is quoted.

One person. Two or more on location starts at the small team rate.

Every team booking includes 2 retouched per person, individual selection galleries and a two-week turnaround. The lighting setup is kept on file, so new starters match the existing team later.

Prices marked “from” are starting prices. What moves them is scope: travel outside London, more than one location, unusual complexity on the day. Everything is agreed in writing before you commit.

How team days run

Your office, our studio, or a studio near you.

Team headshots go wrong in predictable ways: half the company is missing, the photographs do not match, and nobody knows how long to block out. This is how we stop that happening.

We come to you

Your office, our Clapton studio, or a studio near your team if you are outside London. We need about 3m by 4m and a power socket.

Five to ten minutes each

You get a scheduling grid before the day. People come down, get photographed, approve their own shot on screen and go back to work.

Plain backdrop or your space

A clean studio backdrop for a uniform team page, or your actual workplace behind people if you want the photographs to look like where you work.

New starters still match

We keep your lighting settings on file. Someone who joins nine months later is photographed the same way, so the team page stays consistent.

Most teams hear back with a fixed quote within one working day.

How it works

Seven steps, no surprises.

01  Enquire

Tell us your headcount, your preferred dates and where you are. You get availability and a fixed quote within one working day.

02  Book

A 25 per cent deposit holds the date. The balance is payable on delivery.

03  Prepare

You get a pre-shoot pack: a scheduling grid, a what-to-wear guide you can forward to the team, and a one-page summary of the space we need.

04  Shoot day

We set up in under 30 minutes and photograph each person in five to ten minutes. Everyone sees their images on screen and approves their own before they leave.

05  Select

Each person gets a private gallery and picks their two favourites. Nobody has to argue for the photograph they actually like.

06  Deliver

Every selected image is professionally retouched and delivered by secure web drive within two weeks, named by person and supplied in web, print and social crops.

07  Aftercare

New starters are covered by matched top-up sessions, and we keep your session settings so later images look identical.

Tell us the shape of it. We send back a number.

Team headshots are priced by headcount. Commercial work is priced against the brief, the usage and the deadline. Budget and usage are the two answers that turn an enquiry into a proposal rather than a guess.

If you are booking a published-price session you do not need this form. Book it from the page it sits on.

Frequently asked questions

What teams ask first.

How long does each person take?

Five to ten minutes each, on a running order we send you in advance. A half day comfortably covers six to fifteen people; a full day covers fifteen to thirty. Setup takes about 45 minutes before the first person and you do not need to be involved in it.

Can you come to our office?

Yes. We need roughly 3m by 4m with a plain wall or room for a backdrop, and a power socket near where we will actually be shooting. If there is no reliable power we plan for battery lighting instead. That is fine, we just need to know beforehand. If you are unsure, send a photo of the room.

What is included?

Two retouched finals per person, a private selection gallery each so people choose their own image, high-resolution and web-ready files, standard crops for web, print and social, and delivery within two weeks.

What does it cost?

One person is £275 at our studio or £400 at your office. Small teams of two to five start at £600, a half day at £850 and a full day at £1,400. Thirty or more people, or multiple sites, are quoted per project. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any figure shown.

How do new starters match later?

We keep the lighting positions, modifiers, power settings, backdrop, camera distance and focal length on file against your name. Someone who joins in eight months comes in for a single session and drops straight into the same grid, instead of leaving a visible second generation on your team page.

How quickly do we get the images?

Within two weeks as standard. Faster turnarounds are possible and carry an uplift. Tell us at the enquiry stage if you are working to a launch date.

Does everyone have to look the same?

No, and they should not. Lighting, background, distance and crop stay locked so the grid holds together. Direction changes per person, because a managing partner and a graduate developer are photographed to do different jobs.
